• All orders are subject to availability, scheduling, and our acceptance
• Prices, menu items, and offerings may change without prior notice
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card data
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement states otherwise
• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age

4. Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery and pickup times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for:

• Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
• Being available at the time of delivery

Small Bites Las Vegas is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or issues caused by incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, traffic, or third-party carrier delays).

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Due to the perishable nature of our food products:

• Orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once food preparation has begun
• Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within the cancellation window specified at checkout
• Refund eligibility, if applicable, is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
• In the event of a verified error on our part (e.g., incorrect items, food safety concern), we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution

• We cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of allergens
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order

Small Bites Las Vegas will not be liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergen information before the order is placed.
